Had a wonderful experience at The Metta Space! Such a peaceful & relaxing space to receive treatment and care. I got a therapeutic massage & Reiki done by Teresa and she was absolutely wonderful. Knows the body extremely well, helped improve my chronic back pain and made the whole experience very enjoyable & unforgettable. One of the best massages I have ever received. Thank you Teresa, I will definitely be back.
I love coming here. I signed up to get monthly holistic massages & just received my second. Victor is so kind and you can tell he really tailors the massage to what you need each time. I look forward to the massages each month and highly recommend for anyone who feels they need to incorporate some lovely, personalized self care into their routine or reduce stress & anxiety. Omgosh this place is awesome! Best massage ever! Everyone there is focused on positivity and betterment! I love the yoga classes and the soundings they have!
