As a resident going on two years, I absolutely love The Metropolitan! I am very lucky to call this place home as it is a beautiful property with helpful staff. Specifically, Sara is a wonderful addition to the team!
I LOVE MIMI SHE’S SO SWEET AND PRETTY
Just moved into the Met. Was having troubles moving from Tampa, and Abbie, Shay, and Mimi made my move-in seamless. They were so kind and responsive, I am so grateful for my experience . Mimi assisted my family so well and her employees (Shay and Abbie) are so amazing and make coming into the office a great pleasure.
I would not recommend living here. I signed because it was close to campus and a new building, and while those things are true, the management will try to get money from you at every possible opportunity. It is clear they rushed to open the building for move in: after moving out, I was charged for “wall discoloration,” even though the walls were never properly sealed — meaning normal contact leaves marks.
