My experience living here has been awful. The management team is unresponsive and unhelpful — even after months of emails and a police report following an incident where I was attacked by a roommate, they refused to assist or take responsibility. Communication is nearly impossible; management rarely responds, and when they do, it’s with little effort to resolve issues. Security guards constantly harass residents instead of protecting them. Received a complaint for leaving 3 bags of trash outside yet the trashman himself let them pile up over those days. I can’t make this up just comedic. Security, reception , utilities everyone here seems nice and is but when it comes to performance or just doing your job properly. Its like they hate their job
UPDATE: We have been informed that the gates now close and unauthorized vehicles are being towed from the garage and people are not able to access vehicles or the floors through the open gates if they are not residents. We appreciate the safety this now ensures for all of the residents of the Met. The management deserves recognition for this change. Thank you. I have loved living at the Metropolitan. Every time I have called the front office, they have always answered all my questions in regards to packages, maintenance, or any other issue. They have been swift and very helpful to any and all of my questions and concerns. I cannot speak any more highly of Sara and Emily for always being of assistance. I am definitely renewing for next year!
The Met has been a great place to live! It’s clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are convenient, and the location is perfect for getting around. Sara has been incredibly helpful and made the whole move-in process easy and stress-free. She always answers questions quickly and genuinely cares about the residents. Love it here and I’m definitely renewing my lease for next year!
