Absolute nightmare from day one. The apartments are poorly built with every noise leaching down to the floors beneath. We suffered under constant complaints from the tenants beneath us despite spending money to try to fix everything that caused a complaint. The staff gives precedence to the first floor which means everything is the fault of those living on the upper floors. We just moved out and half our building has follow suite.
