Really great place to live in. Everyone is kind and joyful, has a gym underneath the apartment plus it’s has great parking for people who need to drive. (they have a parking lot too) it’s close to the train station if you need to use the train and also Narberth has some great restaurants and places to see and eat at.
For starters, I have lived at multiple rental properties and this by FAR has been the most PLEASANT experience! The attention to detail and overall presentation of narberth hall is both stunning and classic in the same breath. The MVP in my opinion is the property manager Athena! This location in downtown Narberth can't be beat. The building has a beautiful courtyard entry way, and a nice exterior. One of the best things about living in a single building rather than a large complex is that you never have to wait for any maintenance issues to be addressed, Hakeem even sometimes shows up right away! Athena the new property manager is very responsive as well. I love living in an old building, and also the fact that the kitchens are new and we have laundry in unit. Such a beautiful location in the heart of Narberth! Also, very close to the train station and everything is very walkable!
Living at narberth hall was such a pleasant experience for me and my grandmother. We always felt safe and well taken care of by the property manager Karla and our wonderful handyman Hakeem. All service requests were taken care of promptly and the 101 year old building is being beautifully maintained. Living at narberth hall imparts a sense of community and caring you do not often see anymore.
