Living at narberth hall was such a pleasant experience for me and my grandmother. We always felt safe and well taken care of by the property manager Karla and our wonderful handyman Hakeem. All service requests were taken care of promptly and the 101 year old building is being beautifully maintained. Living at narberth hall imparts a sense of community and caring you do not often see anymore.
A fantastic living experience through and through. Our apartment was as good as it was advertised. The management is responsive and engaged with the very few issues we did have. Would confidently recommend this apartment to anyone in need of a reliable place.
Karla, the apartment manager, is extremely unprofessional. She is nice when you are applying but once you sign the leasing papers- she is not as considerate. We were concerned about lead inspection because it is an old building. Karla laughed and made a joke asking us if our younger family members are going to lick the crown molding. How rude and inconsiderate of our concerns as tenants. And then when we moved out and went back to give her the keys, Karla accused us of stealing the AC. Lived at Narberth Hall for a year, location can’t be beat! Management is also great, Karla in particular made sure I had everything I need during my stay here.
