It’s a good location. I like my apartment. I have enjoyed living here.
The walls were very thin so I constantly would hear the people on either side of me (even things you would rather not hear.). I also would hear people walking around in the other apts because the sound would carry and I would hear banging at all hours of the night.There is suppose to be a no noise policy staring at 10 and ending at 8 in the morning but it is not enforced. Really great place to live in. Everyone is kind and joyful, has a gym underneath the apartment plus it’s has great parking for people who need to drive. (they have a parking lot too) it’s close to the train station if you need to use the train and also Narberth has some great restaurants and places to see and eat at.
