I'm going to go ahead and join the crowd of people recognizing that this place has been managed much better since Malia started! Her and the assistant manager who started recently, Macario (sp?), have been really kind and helped me out recently. I've lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and I moved in because the amenities have to be some of the best in the area for the same approximate price the other places charge for rent. I’ve been living at The Met Spire Apartments for a while (through 2 owners and many managers & staff), and I have to say, the improvements under the current management have been incredible! Malia, the property manager, has made such a positive impact—she’s responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had an issue, she’s been quick to address it and always follows up to make sure everything is resolved. She's been such an improvement over the prior manager it's almost unbelievable. I have lived at Met Spires for 3 years. Within the past year or so the management changed, and the new management has made this building a great place to live. We recently had some internet issues that affected my work from home, and the property manager Malia was super responsive and dealt with the provider directly.
