Property was initially in poor shape when I Moved in two years ago new management is working hard to improve the site and it’s noticeable.
I've always had a great experience here at Met Spires. Malia and her team are always a joy to work with.
Update: We recently had the maintenance supervisor, Peter, complete a maintenance request. Peter is always professional and leaves our place as clean as he found it once he finishes any job. He has made a significant difference to this property. We have lived here for about 3 years now. The first couple of years had many hiccups with a lack of structure and stability in office staff which resulted in stressful living at times. The management has been trying their best but the ownership does not seem to care at all. Constant poor decisions and execution. Amazon packages get taken almost every other time lately and nothing has been done about it. Parking spots are not well documented for some reason so they often have no idea which spots belong to what residents. Pay for valet trash, but it often does not get picked up. Retaliation and discrimination against a disabled abuse survivor. Rent manipulation to prevent getting approved for certain units by increasing rent in a legal form $400 more then advertised price. The deioiing it back down after tenant was denied by hiding for this but then told to choose another one. If course they jnky make available certain units to certain people.
