Can someone please tell me that as a student they had a credit score of 620 and made 3x the rent or they had a cosigner of with a credit score of 720 that made 4x the rent because i think they are giving me the run around and not trying to help but they supposed to work with student im confused because ion think anyone in charleston is making that much 🤷♀️
My family and I were in search of an apartment that was clean, up to date. We had searched high and low for a apartment that met all of our needs and we finally came across this apartment. The move in went very smoothly. The apartments are VERY clean and up to date which is exactly what we were looking for. Management is great and always addressed any concerns I had. Management is on top of their game and maintenance is always punctual and done right. Which is a huge improvement over my last dwelling. Great location for starting out on your own or raising your family. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Great place! Very well located by campus. Management is great, things get done fast if there is a problem. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for school housing.
Great living space with no problems all the people are nice and friendly it’s very clean and comfortable
