Went into The Method not really knowing what to expect but Shantel was warm, welcoming, and completely changed my life. She was exceptional, by far the best massage I have experienced. Not only was she able to relieve all my stress points but was able to make me comfortable and educate through her massage. Shantel and The Method Bodywork’s was easily a five star experience and will definitely make me return!
