I've been to many Neiman Marcus restaurants; Scottsdale, Atlanta, Topanga, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, etc. This is the worst run of ANY NM restaurant I've been to! Aside from the dated look of the restaurant, the service was slow and lackadaisical. The food was OK but they didn't serve the Famous consume and popovers to start! I just love coming here, the food is always good, if it wasn't for being on my fit journey, I would want the whole menu🫣🤭 Seriously though, from the management to waitresses and hostress,they have great customer service🙌🏼 I literally have a few menu items😋 but my two favorite are the chicken salad sandwich with chips and the ceasar salad with salmon!!!❤️🔥 Oh let's not forget the strawberry cake🍰
WORST PLACE TO GO TO FOR LUNCH! WE GOT SAT DOWN AND NEVER ASSISTED AGAIN. NO ONE CARED TO STOP BY AND ASK US IF WE HAVE GOTTEN ASSISTED OR NOT. WE SAT DOWN TO WATCH THEM TAKE ORDER FROM OTHER TABLES BUT NOT OUR TABLE. NICE WAY OF GIVING SERVICES.
I periodically walk through NM on my visits to NorthPark to say hello to sales associates whom I’ve gotten to over the years. It had been long time since I’ve eaten at the Mermaid Bar. Last week I decided when checked to see what was new or still present on the menu. The salmon tacos changed my plans from lunch at PF Chang’s. They were 🤤.
