I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gurleen Gill during my phone appointment with her at Mercer Clinic. Even over the phone, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Gill took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and guide me with compassion and clarity. Dr. Riar’s receptionist is incredibly professional, communicative, polite and punctual. No matter when I call, I guarantee she will call me back with in 30 minutes and follow up with my request. I wish all the doctors have right wing like her.
I would like to do a shout out to this office amazing “Patient follow up.”My mother has been a patient of Dr.Pissani for many many years and just this last year. I am also a patient of Dr. Pissani as of this year. Support staff are very thoughtful and thorough and very on the ball. This does not happen in our medical system very often five stars to this clinic for going up and beyond.
Very nice Doctor, welcoming receptionist. They were very thorough and listened to my concerns.
