Very poor experience. The doctor cancelled my appointment even though I took time off work, which isn’t easy to do. They then booked me in at another date and time and I could not take another day off work. I called to rebook and they denied cancelling my appointment. When I told them they did and I cannot just rebook whenever they want me to, they did not call to rebook. How absolutely ridiculous. My health is important too. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gurleen Gill during my phone appointment with her at Mercer Clinic. Even over the phone, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Gill took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and guide me with compassion and clarity. Dr. Riar’s receptionist is incredibly professional, communicative, polite and punctual. No matter when I call, I guarantee she will call me back with in 30 minutes and follow up with my request. I wish all the doctors have right wing like her.
