Dr. Serena Pisani (and her amazing team) has completely changed my life and my family. She goes above and beyond for us and really cares about every patient (I know multiple of her patients and we all feel the same). I have not experienced an endocrinologist or any doctor witch this type of old-fashioned love for her patients. Thank you Dr. Pisani we SO appreciate you! Down 40lbs and counting and went from poor health to triathlons thanks to you.
Not the most responsive clinic and doctor did little to support my concerns or conduct proper follows.
I had been struggling for years with menopause and high blood pressure. I had seen multiple doctors with no results. I came to the Mercer Clinic a year and a half ago & was treated very respectfully for both conditions. I have a policy of only seeing women doctors & the two women in this clinic I am a patient of, Dr Pisani and Dr Sriram are not only amazing doctors, they are amazing women. Very poor experience. The doctor cancelled my appointment even though I took time off work, which isn’t easy to do. They then booked me in at another date and time and I could not take another day off work. I called to rebook and they denied cancelling my appointment. When I told them they did and I cannot just rebook whenever they want me to, they did not call to rebook. How absolutely ridiculous. My health is important too.
