I had been struggling for years with menopause and high blood pressure. I had seen multiple doctors with no results. I came to the Mercer Clinic a year and a half ago & was treated very respectfully for both conditions. Very poor experience. The doctor cancelled my appointment even though I took time off work, which isn’t easy to do. They then booked me in at another date and time and I could not take another day off work. I called to rebook and they denied cancelling my appointment. When I told them they did and I cannot just rebook whenever they want me to, they did not call to rebook. How absolutely ridiculous. My health is important too. Dr. Gill took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and guide me with compassion and clarity.
