The maintenance team at The Mera is absolutely outstanding. They are professional, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever a request is made. Not only do they resolve issues efficiently, but they also go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to keeping the community in excellent condition truly make a difference. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows every day.
Disappointed with my experience at the Mera, lived there for a year and was happy to leave. I was surprised by the amount of young kids & the low income housing portion of the building. The website does not really disclose that information, but it was disappointing when we paid for a luxury experience and found out there was low income housing floors. I am sure the Mera gets some sort of tax break, but having low income floors and advertising "luxury oasis" is misleading. The only mention of section 8 housing I could find is... read more
