Called and asked for a quick neck clean up and was quoted $20. Great. At check out they charged $45 and I asked for clarification. They said “we did more than the neck,” which was true, but I was still only seen for 15 minutes. I explained that I only asked for the 15 min, $20 treatment and they just said, “well, sorry.” ???
I chose this salon based on how the owner, Sandi, responded to another review. It was clear that she prioritizes customer service and satisfaction, so I stopped by and had a chat with her about what I wanted, then made an appointment with Krisi based on her online reviews. Krisi was all that she was hyped up to be. She was friendly and patient, shared interesting information about hair that I had never heard before, and gave me an excellent cut. I am so glad I discovered The Men's Salon and Krisi. Can't wait to go back.
