I underwent a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Beck in 2020 and unfortunately it was a nightmare. It required 2 reconstructive surgery summing more than 100K to fix Dr. Becks’ unskilled work. My nose appeared asymmetrical and the tip was drooping downward, which was not the case before the surgery. He placed cadaver cartilage on my nasal bridge, tragically it changed the shape of the nasal tip to bulbous and unrefined, the nose grew bigger due to the cadaver cartilage because it absorbs so much fluids.
