Really great, beautiful apartment and location! Only a few blocks from the capitol and campus. Neighbors were quiet and friendly, and management was nice and helpful (especially Tim). I really loved living here and had a great experience. The cherry on top was the view of Lake Mendota from my balcony!!! Highly recommend this apartment building.
I lived here for a year, and left this place as I moved to another state. I had the best experience here. The management people (Magen, Tim) are very friendly, and they are always helpful and accommodating as much as they can. The location is decent in a sense that it is walking distance away to the Capitol, James Madison Park, and State Street and you are still away enough to not get a lot of noise. I lived at this apartment from 2020-2021 and enjoyed my time there. The renovated units and first floor gym are really nice, and the landlord is very kind and accommodating! Only reason I moved out was because I have roommates now, otherwise I probably would have stayed :)
