Excellent stock of parts, and in stock. Many I can't find elsewhere. And the shipping is super fast, had my order within a couple days, and exactly what I ordered.
Horrible horrible service. Order returned with no refund issued. Multiple attempts to contact failed. It's been months with no resolution.
I had been told by several people/companies that I needed a part costing over $100 to fix my refrigerator. I mentioned that I needed to order this part and 1 other to The Mending Shed. They looked at my refrigerator, and told me that I only needed 1 part (less than $6)! They were right! It is fixed. I'm impressed by a company with such honesty. I LOVE THE MENDING SHED, LUKE AND CODIE ARE A JOY TO DEAL WITH.
Unfortunately, the mending shed story sounds all too familiar. I ordered a coupler for my blender on 12/31/13 and never received it. I emailed the company in the spring with no response. Then called the company this summer, and they were not at all helpful . . . there was nothing to do because it had been over 90 days! When I pushed the issue, that my original email was within 90 days, they said they would look into it again. It's now been 270 days--no parts, no response. Nothing mended here!
My first order will be my last. Ordered back on July 14th and haven't received anything. Customer wasn't helpful at all. I'll deal with Amazon from now on.
Thank you, I turned on the wrong burner and melted the lid to my glass kitchen aid bowl, my house smell like a plastic factory, but I can deal because you offer replacement parts at such a reasonable price :)
Using the service manual they made available, I disassembled our Kitchenaid stand mixer, found the parts that needed to be replaced, placed an order, and parts arrived (with instructions) three days later. Great service.
