I rented from the Mendes company for a little over two years! Marilyn and Eddie were my landlords and they were so nice! They both provided amazing customer service the whole time I lived there. Anytime I had a question or concern it was addressed immediately. The maintenance crew was also extremely responsive and helpful. Jessica, the property manager is responsive, friendly, and empathetic. They provide top notch customer service and are quick to resolve issues. I've also worked with Anna who is great with following up, answering my questions and forwarding my messages to Jessica for awareness and resolution. I highly recommend The Mendes Company.
