Renters beware. They raise rent by 10% every year. Worst rental company I ever rented from in San Diego. They nickel and dime.
I called and asked questions about the rental process and Louisa was very friendly and helpful!
Drove an hour and 20 minutes for my appointment. The tour is self guided and when I get there, I open the lock box and there’s zero keys for me to open the unit and get a tour. Wasted my time and 3 hours of my day. Update: I called and a call center picked up. They told me the key would be on a fire extinguisher. This was not true.
Had a good experience overall. Louisa was excellent, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit seemed like it was put together a bit quickly, but there were no major problems and everything worked fine in the end.
Great experience working with Louisa at the Mendes company to sign my lease. She made the entire process from start to finish easy and was quick to respond to all of my questions. She went above and beyond supporting my needs and making sure I had a successful move in.
