We had such a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome. Our server, Kyler E, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made the evening fun and memorable. Even behind the scenes, Gil did an incredible job and it really showed in the details of our meal. The whole staff worked together seamlessly to create a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
To make this quick I had an awesome experience for my birthday the first time. We went back as a group months later and omg we were chased down while already going into our cars saying we didn’t tip enough. We thought we didn’t leave the tip and the young lady said no you guys just didn’t give me enough. Very confused she said it would be taken out her paycheck and the manager was there.
