I am so disappointed with the experience we had at this dinner. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time and I can absolutely empathize with the chaos that mother’s day meals can often bring, I’ve worked some truly horrendous mother’s day brunches, but for an established chain I cannot justify the price point versus our experience. Went for a mother's day experience and boy did i get an experience. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes to just get asked about drinks(issue with wifi and getting ahold of my server) but my seat collapsed underneath me. So you might be asking why not 1star? My server Christian and the owner thats why. Not only did the owner feel bad and compensate me for the troubles but Christian might possibly be the most amazing, entertaining and professional server I EVER had. Fantastic! Great owners, and Erig, our server is so amazing!!!! Literally such a good experience thanks to the owners for coming over and making sure the gluten free and the other allergens were all good for my meal.
Our waiter Bob was very attentive. If you’re looking for a relaxing delicious dinner, this is the place.
The Melting Pot is always an amazing experience but our experience on Mother's Day was absolutely amazing! Our server Emily took very good care of our mother and the evening was finished off with a cute plate to celebrate the holiday! If you're thinking of a place to go for a special occasion absolutely go here!
