The Melting Pot is a marvelous fondue restaurant. You have quite a few choices, from just having one of several cheese fondue to just having a dessert fondue. The best way to go is having the 3 course meal - cheese, main fondue (vegetarian or several choices of meat fondue) and dessert fondue - there is more than just chocolate. It is definitely at special occasion place to go.

This is my favorite place to go for date night! The Ft. Collins one is much closer but the Louisville location is so much better.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. The food and atmosphere is nice and cozy.
Just had an anazing meal with my wife for our anniversary. We went to the Melting Pot in Louisville. It was an amazing, fun, romantic excellent meal and experience. Our server was top notch amazing, they gave Sandy a free glass of wine for our anniversary. They had roses on the table like I requested. It was just an amazing experience. Highly recommend it and lets face it, Fondue is fun.
I was incredibly excited to go to the Melting Pot for my first time with my wife and I had been wanting to go for years. My family had a big group reservation and we called to see if they could add two more. The female who answered said, "No, we're all booked." My wife asked more about the reservation and the rude staff said the same thing three times and then said "bye" and hung up. My wife was very polite and was put off by this whole experience.
