Amazing Apartment! This apartment is amazing. The people who work here make living here a breeze! The amenities in the apartment are incredible and if anything happens it gets fixed immediately. I really like living here because it feels safe and is very comfortable! The management is great and keeps you posted on everything happening in the complex! Top tier!
A wonderful place to live I have lived at Melrose Midtown for several months and it has been a wonderful experience. I have lived in several luxury apartment buildings in different cities and can confidently say that the onsite management and maintenance at Melrose Midtown is by far the very best. One of the Best to Live in Memphis Honestly can’t understate enough how amazing it was to live there. You get concrete walls which blocks out noisy neighbors if you have any. The apartment is nice and clean and the manager is fair to all of their policies and will take care of your needs if you have any. Maintenance is kind and accommodating. I lived there for about 3 years and I enjoyed my time living there.
Very positive experience I relocated from Texas for work and moved into the Melrose two years ago. My apartment is a large one-bedroom. The kitchen is big and this was the biggest one-bedroom I could find when I was touring options in Downtown and Midtown Memphis. I have special dietary needs and cook most of my meals. Love my apartment! This is an excellent property that I feel privileged to live in! The work the guys did to make it beautiful is fantastic! I would highly recommend Chris and company over and over again for all home improvement or any needs!
Exceeded our expectations! My husband and I love the Melrose. The building is beautiful. The staff is friendly. It is hands down the nicest community in Midtown / Central Gardens. All of our neighbors are professionals like us. It is gated and we feel very safe.
Been here three years and very happy I moved into the Melrose just after the renovation. It is the nicest place I have ever lived. My apartment is huge. The prices are high, but given the size they are actually lower than any of the other nice and high-end buildings I looked at. The pool is nice to have in the summer. Security is great, including a nighttime patrol most days. I like the bike storage room, so I don't need to take my bike into the elevators.

Second review - awesome building This is my second review. I'm not sure why my other one is not appearing. But I moved into the Melrose in March. It is the nicest place I've ever lived. My apartment is beautiful. The building is great. The staff is wonderful. Most of my neighbors are pleasant and friendly, and I've made several friends. The building is mostly professionals. Very quiet. I'm very pleased with my decision and recommend this building to anyone looking.
