Had an appointment w/ a specialist. Appointment was on time. The physicians was lovely & had great communication, paid attention, + was extremely knowledgeable..

This is "County+USC," what do you expect. Only go there if literally no place else will let you in and only go in as "urgent care" that's probably the only way to be seen at all. And at that I have a feeling that a wait time of less than 6 hours would be a miracle. "Miracle on Zonal Avenue," that's what it'd be if you got in and out the same calendar day and with what you needed. Didn’t even make it in the office. They don’t hardly answer the phone and when they do they have such a lazy tone with an attitude that sounds like you’re bothering your teenager. I spoke to Maria who not only wasn’t knowledgeable and not one bit resourceful but she transferred me to someone who is named Monique who’s attitude was worse. She said she had no idea why I was transferred that they only see their own patients and my child wasn’t one of them. She also said they don’t have a doctor in their department.
