1 star is too much !!!! I put my health into the hands of Shelly NP who I trusted . However , they did not do their job by getting the info sent over for me to see a specialist that THEY made an appointment with. I got turned down by the specialist due to the lack of sending over documents from Shelly and her TEAM! backtrack …. My family and I have been seeing Shelly long before she ever came to the medical home team. She is by far one of the best nurse practitioners we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, my family and I have an extensive medical disabilities background and have found no one better other than specialized hematologist in Houston Texas.
