love Dr. B! I have been with her a long time now and have developed a trusting relationship with her. She has gotten to know me well too and knows what I need and like. I know she knows what she is doing and genuinely cares about my needs. She is always punctual and she tells it like it is which I appreciate. Grateful to be in her care! Yesterday, May 25/26, l accompanied my daughter to this clinic during Walk In hours (5-7pm). After my daughter was assessed she was confirmed with having streptococcal. The Doctor on duty sent the prescription via electronic fax. When we arrived at our pharmacy we were told the prescription had not arrived. With the attempt to return to the clinic because of closing time my wife called the in house pharmacist at the clinic for assistance because during Walk In hours the clinic does NOT answer incoming calls.We came to unders... read more
I was looking for female family doctor so I was contacting Medical station clinic, they told me Dr. Aram is taking new patients so I had booked an appointment with Dr. Aram at 9 am, I waited until 9:20 , I asked in the reception how long I had to wait but they told me they have no idea because Dr. Aram was not arrived at the clinic at all and no any update from her either, it’s very irresponsible and unprofessional. My doc, Dr. Direnfeld, is practicing here now. He's been my doc for over 35 years, and he's the best, best, best! The clinic staff are super busy but they always respond quickly and efficiently.
