I needed to ask questions about my diagnosis and receptionists yahaira and Jessica kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking and later even transferred me to voicemail. I tried asking for their name on the 5th call and they hung up on me. The most horrific, hostile, bullying staff that this doctor has assembled. I called to make an appointment. Not only the receptionist Raisa refused to make an appointment, put me on hold for 22 minutes, when she came back to the phone, she was bullying me, argumentative, and she refused to answer my questions. When she put me on hold again for another 20 minutes for her office manager to speak to me, Jose with a very heavy accent immediately said, "This is not the place for you."
