We are happy with this doctor's office. We love the fact that Dr. Pua only takes few patients per day making your visit "relaxed" with no long wait time and easy check out. Dr. Pua is smart, very knowledgeable, empathetic and direct to the point. His credentials are outstanding. Glad we found him.
RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE. I have a medical issue and she decided to be unprofessional, when dealing with people and their health you really should be a little more friendly, being as you are in a business where you interact with REAL LIFE humans every day.
I had to switch my moms primary care doctor. Front desk Andrea was fine however, the other lady Lucil was very rude! Dr. Pua himself was not friendly or personable. We felt very rush as if he just wanted to get you in and out. He only did things his way, never try to hear us out! Did not feel comfortable! Lucil is the main reason why we are leaving! Horrible customer service!!!!
i’m not even a patient here .. i called to schedule a new pt appointment and was automatically told my insurance wasn’t accepted & got hanged up on.. yet my insurance provider gave me their information. needless to say the reviews are still pretty accurate for the staff
When it comes to your health, you want someone who knows what they’re doing and whom you can trust. Dr.Pua and his staff are the best in town! The clinic is clean and the ambience is great. He is Very knowledgeable & smart, takes time in answering all my questions regarding my illness and makes sure I understood what needs to be done to make me get better.
