I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday with the after hours clinic and Dr. Erin Neville saw me and she was so helpful. Her recommendations helped me heal. She send swabs away as well as in house results. Sent me to hospital to get an X-ray no waiting. Results by phone same week. I found helpful medication at the pharmacy that she told me to look for. She send swabs away as well as in house results. I left with a prescription that I didn’t need to fill after all and found helpful medication at the pharmacy at her direction. Positive that other than Dr. Sokolons receptionist and the doctors, everyone else must be working like slaves there to be SO miserable. Not one single support or administrative staff are remotely friendly or polite. Vulnerable and sick people shouldnt have the most miserable people serving them. Can always get a new job. And the girl who does parking, my last appointment she was sleeping in her chair sitting up I had to say "hello" and was greeted like I inconvenienced her.. wish i could get paid to sleep

I am very happy with Dr. Neville and his team! They are always professional, kind, and friendly. A big shoutout as well to Dr. Wheeler and his receptionist Kyle — they were both fantastic when I visited the after-hours clinic. They were friendly, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. I have to say, this medical building is one of the best I’ve experienced. Keep up the great work, everyone!
