After hours clinic has a secretary that thinks she is a doctor. I called in about a medication that was prescribed to me two days before at the clinic that I think I was having a elergic reaction too. Two minutes after 5 she asked what was wrong I told her and she said they where all booked. BS booked in 2 minutes. Told me to stop the med and go to doctor tomorrow. Dr Packenham is like a ray of sunshine! She is full of empathy and an all round caring individual. Very supportive with an emphasis on quality of care.
I haven't been in to see my Dr in years because I can never seem to actually get a hold of anyone, and no one else I talk to is ever any help. Their voice message box is full, and the phone doesn't even ring, just sends me straight to the voicemail. Front desk refuses to do anything but transfer me right back to that voicemail. Can't even book into the after hours clinic until after 5pm, which doesn't make any sense? I went from the best care team - Dr Grieves, Chantel Hart & their receptionist. They were efficient, they listened and treated every concern & truly cared about their patients, to the worst care with Dr Almakadma and receptionist. Every experience and phone call has been terrible. They make you wait weeks to months before they refill a simple prescription, it’s unacceptable. If you can’t do your job properly and with care and compassion you should not be in the health care profession. We’re suppose to rely on them but it’s n... read more
