4 people came in to speak with me at 4 separate times...all asking the same damn questions. Oh so efficient. Also, I was placed in a “trauma equipment storage room” judging by all of the people in and out.
From our arrival at 3 AM after a very efficient EMT/ Ambulance ride to our discharge on Saturday, we were very well taken care of. The entire staff from the attending doctors, nurses and diagnostic technicians, we were kept informed and treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Very thankful for dedication to their profession.
I am so impressed by the positive changes that have occurred at The Medical Center of Aurora! The facilities are clean and modern, the adminstrative staff is professional and kind, my Drs and surgical team were beyond caring, and the nursing staff on the OB/GYN floor was so wonderful during my stay. I felt very safe and cared for...thanks so much! :)
Ive been here about 4 times in these past few months for asthma attacks...love the staff and doctors here...
Wtf !! My brother just had a kidney removed today and has been waiting for food since 630.. The nurse said it would be better in the morning but still no food or anything ?? I mean she will come bring him pills but not food ?? What the hell ?!?!
The worst ever. Never on time or even close to on time with medications, difficult to get any assist with getting to the bathroom but arent suppose to go alone. I was stuck in this room for hours with no care.
Susan was my nurse over night last night. She was so awesome!!! Have had such a good experience sto far! Would Definately recommend this hospital to all my loved ones!!!
