If it weren’t for the staff at labor and delivery and NICU that acted so quickly during a critical time for our daughter, I don’t think she would have recovered as quickly as she had in the 12 days she was in the NICU. I am here having a baby and EVERYONE has been so amazing!! Dr. Everson listened to everything I had to say without ever once talking down to me! And Marissa (a RN on the mom/baby floor) went down stairs and bought me a muffin! Truly taking care of people here!!! There is a woman who did my shot in my back so I didn’t feel my CSection and she was amazing! Her name is Val and she went as far as to take pictures of our first encounter with our new baby. As a physician, I see patients at four different Denver metro hospitals. I am most proud of working at the Medical Center of Aurora. The nursing staff is amazing and everyone truly cares about giving patients great, compassionate medical care.
