Terrible. My son had food poisoning, came to your facility at 2:30, received a couple of IV's, some anti-nausea meds and discharged with probably three hours. We received a bill for $5500 plus $473 for the physician charge. Unreal. Can I do minus stars?
This place saved my 34 year old Son's life. The staff and doctors were AMAZING; they helped my family and I understand everything that was going on with his condition. A very professional, knowledge and caring staff. We could never gotten through what we did without all of them. Forever grateful! <3
This is a great hospital.. so clean and the Dr's and staff are really nice. Even housekeeping, nicest people ever.
My husband had a decompression surgery done by Dr. Oro at the end of August. We came from the western slope to have the surgery done. I've never been to a hospital or medical center that was as amazing as you all were! We were both nervous before the surgery and I was a wreck during the surgery. Everyone made us both feel at ease. Every single person that I met during his 5 day stay was so kind and caring. Paul in ICU was a wonderful nurse as was Sarah on the 4th floor. Thank you all so very much!
If I could do ZERO STARS I would! Worst Hospital care I've ever seen EVER! If your in pain or dying don't go there Cassandra the "head nurse" would rather watch you leave worse off than when you came in or she'd probably watch you die and find a reason to justify it! All I wanted was an IV with antibiotics like my dentist told me to do and she couldn't even handle that!!! DONT GO THERE EVEN IF YOUR DYING, she won't help! I've been an employee here for 4 years I certainly enjoy working with the nurses and doctors and I recommended my family and friends for care that is giving in a professional way possible.
Thanks to Medical Center of Aurora and Dr Hinton team. After being sick over a week and taken to ER I was diagnosed and not sent home till I was treated and had fluids in me.
I want to thank y'all so much for taking care of my mom. Great job!! Keep up the good work!!!!
