I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the girls at WKDI - especially Farrah and Diana. I didn’t realize I was claustrophobic until I went for an MRI recently. They were so kind and sweet and made the experience much easier for me. I highly recommend them!
I recently had an ultrasound at WKDI. They are my usual choice for MRIs, mammograms, etc. I have consistently found the staff to be efficient (I seldom have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment.) Additionally, they are kind, empathetic and professional. I have been a patient there for many years and I would recommend WKDI to anyone seeking this type of service.
Techs are always friendly and explain the procedure.
I am asking my doctor to send me somewhere else for my future scans I have health related anxiety and was treated poorly by a employee today because I couldn't complete a scan she made me feel awful and thats not ok ! Learn to have some empathy for people that have anxiety or claustrophobia or get in a different line of work a little compassion goes a long way
