I was triaged and I got to the back was seen by a nurse and then left in there for hours without the Doctor coming in or the nurse checking or even letting me know I the doctor was going to come in. I left after 3-4 hours of not being seen by a doctor. Terrible experience!
My daughter was the one that was here in the ER and she received care and respect from her care team. The provider was the best I have ever seen there before she went above and beyond for my daughter! Now the reason why it gets a two star is because it was either the ambulance services that brought my daughter to this hospital or it was her care team that lost a very important EKG report!!! And bc of this we are getting the run around and my daughter is having to set in another hospital again!!!!!!! 🤬
Sadly, we were one of many patients in the hallway. Treated in front of everyone. No privacy at all.
