I was treated at The Medical Center ER over the weekend and received excellent care. The entire staff went out of their way to keep me comfortable. Fortunately I was able to be discharged after a thorough workup was completed. I highly recommend The Medical Center. We're lucky to have a world class hospital here in Bowling Green.
Zero stars. If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionist was rude. The triage nurse was rude. I sat in the waiting room for 8 hours waiting to be seen… and it was a disorganized mess. Someone drew my blood basically in an office. Weird. I’ll never go back next time I’ll go to Owensboro. I traveled an hour just to go to this place. Waste of time and waste of gas.
Was stuck in the room for 3 hrs. Tried to get the nurse to ask what was going on. Was completely ignored. Nurse was extremely rude. 0/10 would not recommend coming here. It's literally a waste of time.
