I'm giving them the five star because I have never had an issue with this emergency room. Med center has always been great, however my last experience in this raz area that they have created really needs to go away. The people over there are rude, not thorough I was given a pain med injection which lasted just about till I got home and I couldn't get out of my car because the pain was so severe. If I could give them a -0 I would! This hospital is the rudest hospital I ever talked to! I had a client of mines admitted there after I left her, n I’m on her contact list. They never called me or anything to let me know she was transported there. When I called to find out some information about her the er nurse was so rude! Told me they don’t call contacts anymore! She said the patient can call if they want to? What kind of stupid damn answer is that! Disgusting! 🤢
Great experience when brought in by ambulance from my wreck, courteous helpful and fast! Seemed to really care and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend if you are taken to the hospital via ambulance.
My daughter was involved in a car accident and had a possible head injury. When I arrived at the scene, they called for a stat flight, but it was 30 minutes out, so they decided to rush her to Bowling Green Medical Center ER instead. We arrived around 8:45 p.m., but she had to wait over three hours before a doctor even came into the room to do scans.
