I used to love living here, it was a true breath of fresh air after losing my husband and selling our home. As of late, I wouldn't recommend the Meadows on Graystone to anyone as it's gone down hill over the last year. Lloyd Companies will charge you base rent, plus make you pay for water/sewer and a "hidden" utility fee. They now added a trash removal fee without giving my roommate or myself any notice. Snow removal takes longer than it should, even getting the ice off the steps recently took them until 8 PM the next day. M... read more
I got a bill in the mail even after I professionally cleaned the whole unit and they still stole my entire deposit. I would have not minded if they took my deposit but they still had the audacity to still bill for charges. They charged me for a whole new carpet that was really well taken care by me and besides that they took over a month to send me a statement with a 10 day notice of going to collection if not paid. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. I do not recommend the Meadows!
Luke has done an amazing job. I have put him through the ringer recently and he has taken everything I've thrown at him in stride and with a positive attitude. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get an appartment!

We have lived here for 2 years now and I am always impressed by our team here at the Meadows on Graystone! Randy is our maintenance guy and he is one of the sweetest men I have ever met! He takes time to talk with my 3 year old son and I appreciate the time he takes to get to know us! He is also incredibly quick at fixing whatever is wrong/broke in our townhome!
