Maintenance(Randy) thinks he knows how to fix everything, he’s nosy, and takes too long to respond to maintenance requests. He will try to blame the tenant for anything that needs fixing. I do not recommend living here. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor snoring everyday. These were built cheaply and quickly with no thought at all! Hardly any kitchen cabinet space! Worst of all is the management/maintenance they have huge egos.
I used to love living here, it was a true breath of fresh air after losing my husband and selling our home. As of late, I wouldn't recommend the Meadows on Graystone to anyone as it's gone down hill over the last year. Lloyd Companies will charge you base rent, plus make you pay for water/sewer and a "hidden" utility fee. They now added a trash removal fee without giving my roommate or myself any notice. Snow removal takes longer than it should, even getting the ice off the steps recently took them until 8 PM the next day. M... read more
I got a bill in the mail even after I professionally cleaned the whole unit and they still stole my entire deposit. I would have not minded if they took my deposit but they still had the audacity to still bill for charges. They charged me for a whole new carpet that was really well taken care by me and besides that they took over a month to send me a statement with a 10 day notice of going to collection if not paid. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. I do not recommend the Meadows!
Luke has done an amazing job. I have put him through the ringer recently and he has taken everything I've thrown at him in stride and with a positive attitude. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get an appartment!
Clean and quiet! Great neighbors! Friendly and helpful staff!
