I currently live here but after the end of my lease contract, I won't be signing again. After almost 2 years the management decides to change the way how the water utility is calculated from a flat fee to an inaccurate formula calculating an average per building. This means if you use less water than your neighbor you are going to pay for the wastewater that your neighbor's use. We’ve been here 4 years and love it! The staff is very concerned, caring, helpful and friendly.
This complex has had numerous managers and maintenance in the 2 years we rented. The complex is nothing as it appears in the pictures on the website. It is really in horrible condition. The air conditioners are so old and not maintained, they cannot keep up with the heat of the summers. The average electric bill for a appr. 700 ft apartment was $225.00 for the summer months. The website says contemporary lighting and NEW BLACK GE Appliances. The apartment that a friend looked at had 20 year white appliances, and was told that new black appliances would cost another $100 per month to rent. And then the apartment was rented out from under them. I will not be recommending this complex to anyone that appreciates honesty and integrity.
