My mother passed away 6/14/26 and the property manager is trying to keep the security deposit. The communication has been awful and no one is ever in the office but Tuesday and Thursday with limited hours. The apartment needed improvements and definitely needed an upgrade on the water system and pipes. If the full security deposit is not mailed then I will contact the news and get the lawyer of the estate involved. You can’t steal people’s hard earned money.
Don’t go by hoping you’ll tour these apartments because apparently they’re only open two days a week. Their hours on Google are wrong.
