RecommendedI currently live at the Meadows. It is quiet and neighbors are nice. It is located in a good area. There is no crime in the complex. Price is good for the area. Maintenance is good as well. They tend to come the same day or next day after a work order is submitted. My family and I like it here and we intend on staying. I recommend this apartment community to all who are interested.
This community is very quiet. We have Military, Retired, Seniors, and is pet friendly. We have been here going on a year and a half with hardly any maintenance issues. When we have called, they have been on the ball. I recommend The Meadows.

This place is turning into the worse place to be a white, single, disabled, woman who is not afraid to speak her mind! This lady who is the manager needs to remember that the THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE ARE THE ONES THAT pay's HER SALARY,
I live here currently. The location is nice and the apartments are well kept, HOWEVER you can never get in touch with the office and you can count on never getting to conduct business with the actual staff members unless you don't work a job and can get here during normal work hours. Also, don't count on having any work orders completed. My stoop and my washer valves have been broken since I moved in in August and have never been fixed.
We moved here leaving The Palms which we had so many issues. We came to here when Kara was here she was so nice and welcoming I had no problem talking to her. After she left we got Becca and a bunch of the office stuff updated. I could never call the actual office or find the number for it without having to call woodruffs cooperate office and I hated that. It's quite on the side that I live on. I wish they had a fenced in area for the dogs. There enough room between the buildings or in the back that they could put a little f... read more
