I lived here for 7 and half years. It is the worst place to live, the rent is outrageously priced considering u are only leasing it, $850 a month and it goes up yearly by $43 a month ,which means another $516 a year ,then if u buy the Mobil and have to take a loan well your rent is in the teens. They really do not keep the place up the pool area looks nice that’s about it.
