Delightful to deal with great staff Thanks
Extremely poor attitude and customer service, especially if you mention financial hardship.. I called this firm originally and got a quote and was told they could do what I needed. Amanda was the one communicating (for the attorney Louise Paglan) so this review mainly reflects Amanda and how she has been trained to interact/how she chooses to interact with potential clients. I took my mom to see Louise because my mom is on Medicaid and we were told to see a Lawyer that specializes in Elder Law. I cannot say enough about the staff, but especially Louise Paglen. She was amazing and took time to explain everything. She put myself but especially my mom at peace with her personal situation for down the road as she gets older. She even went over my moms will and explained things that were missing that she felt would be extremely important. Things we thought were covered and my moms assets were covered... read more
