Unfortunately, our experience with Noah was disappointing. After closing, he assured us that he would follow through on several items and arrangements he had discussed with us. Based on those assurances, we proceeded with the transaction. However, once the closing was complete, he stopped responding to our calls and messages and did not follow through on what he had promised.
