We had a horrible experience here. The service from front desk staff was unfriendly, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. The rooms were outdated and dilapidated; I’ve truly been in hospital rooms more comfortable than these. When we asked to switch rooms, the resulting options were far worse. The gym was missing equipment and reeking of wet paint. The Mayflower was a massive disappointment.
