We didn't stay in the hotel we did stay in the lobby to wait for the Big Bus tour the people were very friendly
Very pleasant experience.
First room didn’t have running water in the bathroom. Had to pack up my bags and go back downstairs and get a keycard for another room. Second room has a floor standing AC unit that’s SUPER loud. So loud I’m not sure I’ll be able to sleep because I have to choose between a hot room and a loud AC unit because the built-in AC unit can’t keep up with hot DC summers and thus a floor standing unit is needed. Stayed here for one night. AC was broken in the room and was very loud. Called customer support and they said there weren't any other rooms available which was not true - I was able to see and book other rooms for the same evening in the app. Additionally, was not informed of the uber and meal credits the resort fee covers. Do not recommend.
