Couldn’t recommend more! I’ve loved living here for the last few years. The apartment is safe, beautiful, and walkable to most anything in the downtown area. Can’t beat the location or the management/maintenance team. Bonus points for the amazing view of downtown I get out of my window!
I spent four years at the Mayer and it is one the best values in all of downtown and the third ward. You’ll have everything you need at an arms length with lots to do. Maintenance and management are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is parking during busy hours on the weekend.
I had the best experience living here. I am convinced this is the best managed property in Milwaukee. The building is well taken care of and I felt super safe living here. The location at the Mayer was also amazing! This was my favorite apartment ever.
I absolutely love living here. Truly nothing beats the location, units, and friendliness of the leasing office/maintenance team. I will always recommend The Mayer to people looking to move to downtown MKE!
