I had the best experience living here. I am convinced this is the best managed property in Milwaukee. The building is well taken care of and I felt super safe living here. The location at the Mayer was also amazing! This was my favorite apartment ever.
I absolutely love living here. Truly nothing beats the location, units, and friendliness of the leasing office/maintenance team. I will always recommend The Mayer to people looking to move to downtown MKE!
Lived at the Mayer for 2 years and really enjoyed the apartment. The unit had amazing views of downtown, modern finishes, tons of closet space and was well insulated from noise. If I had any issues the staff were very helpful and addressed my concerns right away.
