I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m beyond devastated with how my hair turned out after I washed it. I had booked an appointment for a hair cut, and to retouch my balayage. I had sent pictures of myself and some ideas of what could be done. Upon my arrival, the hair stylist (Sharon), whom I was trying on for the first time, showed me the picture I had sent her. Absolutely love America. We got so lucky that we happened to call on her very first day there, so she had a spot open when I called. My son wanted to change hair styles after years of the same thing. America took the time to listen and got it exactly how he wanted. Now that he’s had some time to grow into the cut he’s been wanting little tweaks here and there and America has gone above and beyond to make each cut work to exactly what he’s thinking and will work for his hair type. The salon is so cute and Kacey, the owner, is great! She really took the time to explain what we were going to do before we started and made sure I was completely comfortable. I love the way my hair turned out!

I have a very strict work schedule and very little time for self-care. I can only ever find time for salons on the weekend unless I take vacation time off from work. This is what I had to do for the appointment I booked with this salon bc there was no weekend availability within the next 2 months and would have had to drive an hour or more if I wanted to find a salon that offered the same services and had any openings.
