Very knowledgeable and patient as we picked out which mattress we liked. Prices were reasonable. Quick turnaround for our mattress to be ready, and flexible scheduling for delivery. Really great experience, start to finish.
We needed a box spring for our new bed frame, and every store we looked at in town did not have any in stock. We called Mattress 1928 who had several on hand and available to be delivered that day. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and all around just wanted to offer great customer service. Noticed our super comfortable 8 month old matress had a tiny spot where the seam had come undone. Contacted them about it and they very promptly picked it up repaired it and delivered it back free of charge no questions asked. 5 stars!
I had a great experience with Mattress 1928. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding me to the perfect mattress. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Mattress 1928!
