Noticed our super comfortable 8 month old matress had a tiny spot where the seam had come undone. Contacted them about it and they very promptly picked it up repaired it and delivered it back free of charge no questions asked. 5 stars!
I had a great experience with Mattress 1928. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding me to the perfect mattress. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Mattress 1928!
