Chianta did an outstanding job assisting us. We were looking for over two years and throughout the entire time Chianta was extremely patient and helpful. We were out of state buyers so a lot of the time we relied on Chianta to work with our contractor to view the properties or send us detailed feedback and pictures. Chianta was extremely understanding and just willing to help. She provided referral for contractors even after the process. I would femininely recommend Chianta.
Enrique all around was a great real estate agent! As first time home buyers, he helped us with understanding the entire process, super flexible when it came to meeting with us as we both have crazy work schedules, and most of all he was respectful, and made us feel safe and confident with our home buying process. David McLaughlin is the best!!! He is so knowledgeable, patient and great for finding a house for you that fits every need. He found us a house in a perfect location convenient for everyone in my family. He made sure everything went smoothly for the closing of our new house. There were many challenges that came up after the buyers accepting our offer and he made everything that was stressful feel a lot less stressful for us as he took care of everything!!
