I would highly recommend renting at Matilda! The units are very new, nice, and modern. The property managers is awesome and very helpful too.

The manager here is actually on site and in his office by the front door during business hours. That is a major attribute that most buildings claim and few actually have. He was very helpful when I needed to deliver a grocery order quickly because it was already late and he showed me where carts were on hand to assist this task. He also was nice to me once he knew I was doing what I'm supposed to be doing and didn't look down his nose at me, act grumpy or give me any guff. AVOID. I chose this place because it was located nearby my school campus but it was NOT worth it at all for the price I paid and what I had to deal with. I have had an EXTREMELY difficult time with the ongoing construction they have for building a new gym which was no where indicated in my leasing contract. Construction consisted of very loud drilling and tapping sounds that occurred every 5-10 minute intervals and was very traumatizing to deal with.
