I had the WORST salon experience of my life! It was my birthday. I booked a stylist that was at the top level. I confirmed the price before the appointment. All I had done was a single process color and cut. I asked for some long side bangs. Ok, so 2 pretty simple request. Not only did she need "help" from 3 other people, it took over 6 hours!!!!
