RecommendedI’ve been going to Paul Mitchell for hair color, highlights & facials since 2015. I always look forward to my visits. The staff greeting makes you feel special, students and teachers are professional, caring and listen to what you are wanting to achieve. My experience here always deserves a TEN.
I really hate to leave a bad review. I’ve been here a few times but last night was bad. Real bad. My daughter had full foil highlights and when we left her hair was yellow, pink, and purple. They said it was due to prior color and we could come back in 6 weeks to try to lighten it more. I totally get you can’t always go as light as you hope. Great vibrant energetic professional atmosphere!! Future skin care professionals were awesome, especially Jordyn Williams. She was very professional and explained each step she performed on my face. My face feels and looks Great!! Thank you!
Scheduled several weeks out, 1st time customer, had numerous phone calls to get appointment time correct. Every time they called they kept having the time incorrect. Finally DAY OF SERVICE they call to say the student assigned to me is out and the only appt they can offer is in 30 minutes or in an hour. I work so that wasn't an option. Person calling to inform me of this spoke so rapidly I had to listen to message 3 times just to understand the phone number. I was WARNED not to go there so maybe this was a good thing. Listened to what I wanted. Instructor was always near. Took time to make me feel comfortable. Result was better than I expected. Recommend Ellie Booth she was fantastic!
