Avoid this company at all cost! Leihua is a straight up liar! Stole money from our deposit! We lived in a home managed by this company and Leihua for four and a half years. While we live in the home we fixed up many things with our own money, never asked for reimbursement. We added many improvements to the yard transforming it completely from a neglected, unsightly yard to a green with flowers respectable yard.
