Great bunch of guys. Had exactly what I needed when I needed it.
This supplier is a place I frequent multiple times a week, and even multiple times a day most days, and even with my frequent visit the professional team here always gets it done! The front counter specialists Chris, Larry, Adam and Greg are always a pleasure to talk to with a wealth of knowledge. The team is courteous, friendly, did I say professional?, and are always able to help with any and all requests and supplies I may need.
This a very simple message to and comment about the customer service I just received from your technician, Josh W. You need to replicate him and his skills in dealing with customers. He understands the product, and is completely genuine with his customers. Highly valued employee from a customers lens.
