Great Massage good location and a good price!
My favorite massage therapy in the Pioneer Valley. Have gone here at least half a dozen times and worked with John and Aya. After 30 years of using massage therapy to address the stress and tight/sore muscles gifted by a publishing career, I appreciate the quality of this welcoming, clean practice.
I have received 6 massages now at The Massage Shoppe. Once you find a massage therapist that works with your body, mind and spirit, stick with them. Mila is that provider for me. She is thoughtful, considerate, sensitive and fully present in bringing her technical skills to the sessions. A true gem! :-)
Great session, was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint, been driving by for years and the building kind of put me off, the interior is nice. Big shout out to John, he applies great force when needed, but was reactive to things i mentioned and really spent the time to figure out the best way forward. I already scheduled my next appt.
