Not at the Brentwood location, but about this business as a whole: The horrible owner would not give us credit for 8 massages that I bought for my old, recently widowed father, who lost his home and all of our family heirlooms in the LA fires. I'm not sure that was even legal. They have several locations and it would have been simple to do so. This is a Very unprofessional business. I had an amazing massage here. I called and got a same day appointment with an incredible massage therapist, I wish I could remember her name. Lady at front desk was a little unfocused but that didn’t deter from the great massage. I will be back!

If you book in the afternoon, be warned — the staff often seem tired and uninterested. One therapist literally just walked on my back with little effort or technique. I usually tip generously, but here they clearly expect more than 20% gratuity regardless of the quality of service — which was poor in my case. Don’t be misled by the advertised price; you’ll likely end up paying more for subpar treatment.

I’ve been a customer here for a while but the last time I came here, I ended up breaking out on my ear (near my temple where they massaged) my chin, and my back. This was all shortly after coming here. It may have been the oil they used, or some of the devices they were using that were not clean, or the bed was unclean. Probably a combination of all three. This was clearly bacterial acne and for that reason I won’t be coming back.
